I ncome Tax Return व Form 16 हा नोकरीपेशा वर्गाचा हमखास चर्चेचा विषय. बरेचदा form 16 आपल्याकडे असणे म्हणजेच आपण Income Tax Return file केलेले आहे, हा गैरसमज निर्माण होतो. ह्या दोन्ही गोष्टी वेगळ्याही नाहीत व एकही नाहीत. त्या एकमेकांवर अवलंबून असलेल्या गोष्टी आहेत.   आज T.V वर तारे जमीन पर पिक्चर चालू होता, आम्ही सर्व कुटूंबिय तो पाह्ण्यात खूप दंग होऊन गेलो होतो. हा पिक्चर एकदा सूरू झाला की मग संपे पर्यंत तो बघावासा वाटतो. याला कारण ही तसेच, ...child psychology हा विषय माझा नेहमीच आवडता ! हा पिक्चर ज्या विषयावर आहे तो विषय खूपच Deep आणि अंतर्मुख करणारा आहे.      ह्या संदर्भातील एक प्रसंग मला अजूनही आठवतो. माझी मुलगी तेव्हा जुनिअर केजी मधे होती. तिला शाळेत Drop करताना अचानक माझी नजर तेथील काम करत असलेल्या मावशींवर पडली. मला पाहून ती एकदम लाजली , ओशाळली.. मलाही तिला कुठेतरी पाहिल्यासारखे वाटले. ती तेथून निघतानाच मी हाक मारली अगं तू......... ना ! आपण एकत्र शाळेत होतो , तिनेही मला ओळखलं पण ती नजर देत नव्हती. मी तिच्या खांदयावर हात ठेवला तेव्हा ती एकदम जवळ आली आणि म्हणाली अगं तू मला ओळखलस ! मी तिला म्हटले, मी का नाही ओळखणार तुला! तू किती छान डबा आणायचीस. मला तर तुझ्या डब्यातले नेहमीच आवडायचे. मग ती आनंदाने म्हणाली अग ह्या बालमंदीरासाठी सुद्धा मी जेवण बनवते ! मी तिला बोलले , बघितलस ! तुला ज्याच्यात रुचि आहे तिथे परमेश्वराने तुला आणलेच ना ! तिन

E - Filing Need of the Hour

      A need of the hour has an implication that it needs to be a high priority, a most recent need or the most pressing need.      गेले कित्येक महिने, दिवस....जिथे तिथे एकच चर्चा धम्माल उडवून देत होती. 'Aadhar - Pan Card' लिंक केले का ? अरेरे....राहूनच गेले ! कसे करायचे, आज शेवटचा दिवस.....बापरे!!!       मग काय What's app, Facebook, Twitter सर्व Social Media तर्फ़े मदत मिळतच होती.       सरकारचे नियोजन ही असेच असते की मुदत वाढ आधी करत नाहीत. तोपर्यंत आपण भारतीय pressure ने का होईना खिंड लढवतोच ! आणि नंतर अचानक वाळवंटात पाणी मिळाल्या सारखे ह्या AADHAR-PAN CARD Link साठी सरकारने मुदत वाढवली.       याच वेळेस काही मंडळीं कडून प्रश्न विचारले गेले की आम्ही तर e-filing करतच नाही, मग आम्ही हे Link कसे करणार ? त्यासाठी Registration करावे लागेल का ? Registration  न करताही हे लिंक कसे करता येईल ?        या व यांसारख्या प्रश्नांमधून प्रश्न उत्पन्न करण्यापेक्षा सुगम , सहज, सोपी वाट काढणे कायमच सोईस्कर नाही का ?       म्हणूनच आजच्या ह्या लेखात आपण पाहणार आहोत E-Fil
